Modify YTD Deduction/Benefit Dialog Box This dialog box allows you to modify the year-to-date totals for the selected deduction/benefit. This can be useful if the item's actual amount differs from the program's calculated amount. The dialog box appears when you select the Modify button in the Year-to-Dates page (while the Deduction/Benefits radio button is selected). Description - Displays the selected deduction/benefit's type. Current YTD Earnings - Displays the current YTD values for the selected deduction/benefit. Adjustment - Allows you to enter the adjustment for the selected deduction/benefit. Enter an adjusted value in this field, then press the <Tab> key to view the updated amount in the New YTD Deduction/Benefits field. New YTD Deduction/Benefits - Allows you to enter the new YTD amount for the selected deduction/benefit. Enter an adjusted value in this field, then press the <Tab> key to view the adjusted amount in the Adjustment field. Apply - Saves the current changes. Note: If you do not apply your changes, they will be discarded when you leave this screen. Close - Closes the dialog box and returns you to the Year-to-Dates screen.
